Fast Crafting & Preparation

Quality takes time, but we don't waste a second. Since every piece is a unique custom creation, we follow a meticulous crafting process:

  • Artisan Processing: It typically takes 1-2 business days to professionally engrave, inspect, and package your order.
  • Handover: Once perfected, your keepsake is immediately handed over to our trusted domestic partners, UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Important Delivery Details

  • Residential Delivery: We deliver directly to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure all recipient information is accurate to avoid delays.
  • P.O. Boxes: We offer reliable USPS delivery to P.O. Box addresses nationwide, ensuring your custom treasure reaches you safely, wherever you call home.
  • Shipping Limitations: Currently, our delivery services are limited to the Contiguous United States. We do not offer shipping to the following regions: AK, HI, PR, VI, GU, AS, MP, AE, and AP.
