Our Custom Products

We strive to display the colors and images of our 3D crystals as accurately as possible. However:

  • Display Variations: We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
  • Artistic Discretion: As these are hand-finished custom items, slight variations in engraving depth and clarity may occur.
  • Expectations: We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased will meet your personal expectations, though we strive for excellence in every piece.

Orders and Customization

When you place an order, it is an offer to purchase.

  • Acceptance: Your order is not accepted until we confirm it via email.
  • Cancellations: Because our products are custom-made, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once the crafting process has begun.
  • Personal Use: You agree that your purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.

Prices and Billing

Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). While we provide estimated delivery dates, we are not liable for carrier delays or events outside our control.
